An integral part of this itinerary is the exploration of Bhutan’s principal cultural landmarks. Prior to embarking on the trek, participants will delve into the rich heritage of the Paro Valley, including a visit to the iconic Taktsang Monastery, famously known as the 'Tiger's Nest'. Post-trek explorations will lead us to Thimphu, offering a deeper understanding of Bhutanese culture.
Our journey in the Haa Valley will also encompass visits to the revered Lhakhang Karpo (Black Temple) and Lhakhang Nagpo (White Temple), historic monasteries that stand as a testament to the architectural prowess and spiritual significance of the 7th Century under the reign of Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo, who is celebrated for erecting 108 monasteries in a single day.
